Office and Travel Manager

About The Position

We are looking for an Office and Travel Manager to oversee and organize daily operations at the office and arrange travel for all team members of the company worldwide.


Office Management:

  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Assistance with office needs of employees, visitors, and guests
  • Managing all office operation such as kitchen supplies, office supplies, cellular, time clock, alarms, operator, mail, parking etc
  • Working closely with HR, Finance and IT department
  • Maintain relationships with the property owners, suppliers and service providers
  • Improving administrative internal processes
  • Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise

Travel:

  • Arrange the employee’s travel experience end-to-end - from the policy, booking, on-the ground experience, reporting, and timely expenses
  • Assist with travel reports for employees
  • Work closely with outside vendors to ensure we are getting the most competitive rates
  • Create and maintain a database for travel, providing accurate travel data
  • Outline and improve upon our travel policy and be available to answer inquiries from employees

Requirements

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in an office management, travel in a global hi-tech companies
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proactive, mutli-tasker, and service oriented
  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Knowledge of the CombTas System - an advantage
